Job Title: Office Administrator & Assistant to Molly Monks
Main Purpose of the Job:
To undertake any administration duties within the office environment as required by the business to
support the team.
Reports to:
The Senior Management Team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide an effective reception and telephone answering service.
- Managing, scanning and distribution of incoming and outgoing post.
- Maintaining filing system.
- Ordering and stock control for stationery and staff consumables.
- Photocopying and processing of documentation as required.
- Email mailbox management.
- Contribute to the team effort in order for the business to achieve its goals.
- Liaising with staff, Managers and external customers/clients to ensure the above tasks are
completed effectively.
- Any ad hoc duties as requested by the management team

Job Title: Case Administrator
Salary: Competitive, based on experience
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Case Administrator with demonstrable experience in the insolvency sector. You will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload of corporate insolvency cases ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a varied portfolio of insolvency cases including CVLs, MVLs and Administrations
- Draft reports, statutory documents, and correspondence to a high standard
- Liaise with creditors, debtors, solicitors, and other stakeholders professionally and efficiently
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and internal processes
- Support senior staff with complex case work as required
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years’ insolvency case administration experience
- CPI qualified or JIEB (JIB) accreditation (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of insolvency legislation and best practice
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and insolvency case management software (e.g., IPS)
