Job Title: Technical Manager
Salary: Competitive, based on experience
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
We are looking for an experienced Technical Manager with a strong background in insolvency and a keen eye for regulatory compliance. In this pivotal role, you will provide internal technical support, ensure best practice is followed across the team, and contribute to ongoing development of case processes and staff training.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the go-to expert on insolvency legislation, regulation, and compliance
- Review case files and statutory documents for technical accuracy and regulatory compliance
- Provide guidance and support to case administrators and managers on complex matters
- Draft and update internal templates, process manuals, and best practice guides
- Monitor changes in legislation and ensure the firm remains fully compliant
- Lead internal training sessions and support continuous professional development
- Liaise with external bodies where technical input is required
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the insolvency and restructuring sector
- CPI qualification required; JIEB qualification preferred
- Strong understanding of UK insolvency legislation and SIPs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in quality control or compliance oversight desirable
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and insolvency case management software (e.g., IPS)
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments

Job Title: Case Administrator
Salary: Competitive, based on experience
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Case Administrator with demonstrable experience in the insolvency sector. You will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload of corporate insolvency cases ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a varied portfolio of insolvency cases including CVLs, MVLs and Administrations
- Draft reports, statutory documents, and correspondence to a high standard
- Liaise with creditors, debtors, solicitors, and other stakeholders professionally and efficiently
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and internal processes
- Support senior staff with complex case work as required
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years’ insolvency case administration experience
- CPI qualified or JIEB (JIB) accreditation (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of insolvency legislation and best practice
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and insolvency software (e.g., IPS or similar)
