Molly Monks F.I.P.A

Licensed Insolvency Practitioner & Director

When you contact Parker Walsh, you're not dealing with a call centre or a sales team. You'll have direct access to Molly Monks, the firm's founder, director and Licensed Insolvency Practitioner.

With more than 20 years of experience in insolvency and business recovery, Molly has advised hundreds of company directors, shareholders and business owners facing financial challenges. From company rescue and restructuring through to liquidations and formal insolvency procedures, she is known for providing clear, honest advice and practical solutions tailored to each client's circumstances.

As a Licensed Insolvency Practitioner, Molly is authorised to undertake all formal insolvency appointments, including Creditors' Voluntary Liquidations (CVLs), Members' Voluntary Liquidations (MVLs), Administrations and Company Voluntary Arrangements (CVAs). Every case is overseen personally, ensuring clients receive expert guidance from start to finish.

Molly is a Fellow of the Insolvency Practitioners Association (F.I.P.A.), one of the highest professional designations within the insolvency profession. She also serves on the Regulatory, External Affairs and Member Services Committee of the Insolvency Practitioners Association, helping to shape standards and best practice across the industry.

In addition, Molly is a member of R3, the UK's leading trade association for insolvency, restructuring and turnaround professionals. These positions reflect her commitment to maintaining the highest professional and ethical standards while ensuring clients receive advice they can trust.

Consultant

Colin has been a well-respected figure in the insolvency business for nearly 40 years. During the 25 years that he was a qualified Insolvency Practitioner, he held office in a myriad of businesses all over the country, involved in the fields of construction, hospitality, retail, manufacturing and football.

When he's not sharing past insolvency tales with the Parker Walsh team, you'll find him in Cartmel, Lake District, with a famous dog—who's even written a book!

Office Manager

Louise joined Parker Walsh in 2025 following an exciting and diverse career spanning over 20 years in the world of personal insolvency. She brings a strong background in management and training with a love of problem solving and strategising. She takes great satisfaction in helping people and seeing others develop.

Outside of work, Louise is a keen gardener, when it is not raining. She loves a bit of DIY and holidays with her husband and daughter. She is also a self-professed crazy cat lady!

Senior Case Administrator

Andrew, an experienced insolvency professional with nearly three years in the industry under his belt, joined as a senior case administrator in early 2025. He is committed to build on his expertise in the sector through gaining more experience in administrations and pursuing his CPI qualification.

In his free time, Andrew enjoys going to the cinema, trying out different beers and exploring new countries. His passion for traveling began during his time studying abroad in Hong Kong and Helsinki.

As a Case Administrator, Ben is committed to providing exceptional administrative support while maintaining a strong work ethic and attention to detail. He Focuses on building positive relationships with Directors to ensure efficient case management and strives to deliver personalised, effective solutions throughout the insolvency process.

Whilst at Parker Walsh, Ben achieved a first-time pass in the Certificate of Proficiency in Insolvency (CPI).

Ben loves to travel and the furthest he has ever been away from home is 5,921 miles!

Nathan Walton

Case Administrator

Nathan has experience in both redundancy and insolvency, spending three years as a redundancy specialist before transitioning into the insolvency sector. He has gained knowledge in both sectors, supporting directors and employees during redundancy processes and assisting directors during liquidation. He is committed to building on his expertise, gaining more experience in the insolvency sector, and furthering his career.

Before work, you will find him in the gym, prioritising fitness, and well-being. On weekends, he enjoys walking and visiting a local pub for lunch, as well as taking on uncle duties. He also enjoys going on holidays, especially to the South of France, where he visits his fiancé’s family and his nephews.

Case Administrator

Louie is a case administrator at Parker Walsh, joining the team in early 2025 after completing a degree in accounting and finance. He is committed to putting his skills to work in the field of insolvency and developing his knowledge to pursue further qualifications within the finance and insolvency sector.

Louie is a big football fan who loves to play it. When he is not playing football, you will find him watching his favourite team, Bolton Wanderers. He also enjoys travelling and exploring new places, having visited over 15 different countries, Louie is excited to add to it and experience different cultures.

Amy Baggs

Case Administrator

Amy has extensive experience in office administration within the financial industry, including insurance, debt recovery and now insolvency. She is responsible for the everyday tasks integral for the smooth running of Parker Walsh, including the reporting procedure from start to finish of each case.

Amy has two dogs she enjoys walking, especially at places like Kinder Scout and Lyme Park. She also has a 3-legged cat!

Jo joined Parker Walsh in 2026 after 18 years in personal insolvency and is excited to be growing her career within the corporate insolvency world.

When she’s not at work, Jo enjoys spending time with her husband, her two children, and her Wire Fox Terrier, Fozzy, who keeps the whole family on their toes.

Saiful Islam

Case Administrator

Saiful is case administrator at Parker Walsh, joining the team in early 2026 after successfully completing a degree in accounting and finance. He has become a great asset to the team and is quickly building his skills and knowledge. Saiful is also looking to pursue further qualifications in Insolvency in the near future.

Saiful is keen runner but once he has got his miles in, he likes to catch up on movies or settle in for a good series with a box of chocolates.

Outside of work, Hannah is a keen gamer with a love for all things creative, enjoying a range of artsy hobbies in her spare time. She’s also a big fan of anything horror and Halloween-related!

Phil has nearly two decades of experience in data analysis and programming, with applications in finance and the mathematical sciences. He joined Parker Walsh in 2024 and supports the business in developing its data operations and ensuring regulatory compliance.

When not staring at lines of code on his monitor or working on the vegetable patch, he likes to join Molly in walking Reggie; as long as there is a pint involved!

Parker Walsh Security Dog

Reggie has settled into his role as Parker Walsh’s Security Dog - though his actual duties seem to revolve more around belly rubs, sneaking snacks, and perfecting the art of the midday nap.

When he’s not "on duty," he enjoys chasing his tail, inspecting lunch breaks for potential sharing opportunities, and making sure no visitor leaves without giving him a fuss.

Parker Walsh offers a supplementary service to your practice so you will be able to offer your clients face-to-face advice from a licensed Insolvency Practitioner at your offices.  We are available to you and your clients outside normal working hours. 

Parker Walsh will provide bespoke documentation and processes for your clients to make it as simple and convenient for them as possible. We also provide online resource materials and template documents to assist your client with any queries they may have and to help guide them through the process.  

Our friendly team will work in conjunction with you to collate all your clients’ information. We will negotiate a reasonable fee with you for this cooperation (commonly known as a ‘Statement of Affair fee’ in a Creditors Voluntary Liquidation/CVL scenario) and will ensure that this fee is paid promptly in conjunction with the liquidation fee.
