With more than 20 years of experience in insolvency and business recovery, Molly has advised hundreds of company directors, shareholders and business owners facing financial challenges. From company rescue and restructuring through to liquidations and formal insolvency procedures, she is known for providing clear, honest advice and practical solutions tailored to each client's circumstances.
As a Licensed Insolvency Practitioner, Molly is authorised to undertake all formal insolvency appointments, including Creditors' Voluntary Liquidations (CVLs), Members' Voluntary Liquidations (MVLs), Administrations and Company Voluntary Arrangements (CVAs). Every case is overseen personally, ensuring clients receive expert guidance from start to finish.
Molly is a Fellow of the Insolvency Practitioners Association (F.I.P.A.), one of the highest professional designations within the insolvency profession. She also serves on the Regulatory, External Affairs and Member Services Committee of the Insolvency Practitioners Association, helping to shape standards and best practice across the industry.
In addition, Molly is a member of R3, the UK's leading trade association for insolvency, restructuring and turnaround professionals. These positions reflect her commitment to maintaining the highest professional and ethical standards while ensuring clients receive advice they can trust.

Parker Walsh offers a supplementary service to your practice so you will be able to offer your clients face-to-face advice from a licensed Insolvency Practitioner at your offices. We are available to you and your clients outside normal working hours.
Parker Walsh will provide bespoke documentation and processes for your clients to make it as simple and convenient for them as possible. We also provide online resource materials and template documents to assist your client with any queries they may have and to help guide them through the process.
Our friendly team will work in conjunction with you to collate all your clients’ information. We will negotiate a reasonable fee with you for this cooperation (commonly known as a ‘Statement of Affair fee’ in a Creditors Voluntary Liquidation/CVL scenario) and will ensure that this fee is paid promptly in conjunction with the liquidation fee.
