One case that I found particularly rewarding involved helping the directors of a family-run business through a Creditors' Voluntary Liquidation after the company had experienced a prolonged period of financial difficulties. They had never been through an insolvency process before and were understandably anxious about what would happen next. I took the time to explain each stage of the process, answered their questions as they arose and kept them updated throughout. By maintaining regular communication and managing the case efficiently, I was able to help make a difficult situation a little less daunting for them.
The part of my job I enjoy most is working directly with directors and helping them through what is often a very difficult period for both them and their business. No two situations are ever the same, so I enjoy getting to understand each client's circumstances and being able to guide them through the process from start to finish. I like being someone they can rely on for clear communication and practical support, and it's rewarding to know that I've helped make what can be a stressful experience a little easier to manage.
I'm a big football fan and I love to play it. When I'm not playing football, you will find me watching my favourite team, Bolton Wanderers. I also enjoy travelling and exploring new places, having visited over 15 different countries, I'm excited to add to it and experience different cultures.
