Behind every successful outcome is a team of experienced professionals committed to helping business owners navigate difficult decisions with confidence.
At Parker Walsh, we understand that speaking to an insolvency practitioner is rarely something you ever expect to do. Whether you're considering a Creditors’ Voluntary Liquidation, Company Administration, Members’ Voluntary Liquidation, company rescue or business restructuring, our experienced team is here to guide you.
Our team combines decades of experience in insolvency, business recovery and corporate restructuring. Led by Licensed Insolvency Practitioner Molly Monks, we take a practical, straightforward approach, explaining every option clearly and supporting directors throughout the process.
Unlike many firms, we don't believe in passing clients from department to department. We pride ourselves on offering a personal service, with direct access to experienced professionals who genuinely care about achieving the best possible outcome for your business.
When you contact Parker Walsh, you're not dealing with a call centre or a sales team. You'll have direct access to Molly Monks, the firm's founder, director and Licensed Insolvency Practitioner.
With more than 20 years of experience in insolvency and business recovery, Molly has advised hundreds of company directors, shareholders and business owners facing financial challenges. From company rescue and restructuring through to liquidations and formal insolvency procedures, she is known for providing clear, honest advice and practical solutions tailored to each client's circumstances.
As a Licensed Insolvency Practitioner, Molly is authorised to undertake all formal insolvency appointments, including Creditors' Voluntary Liquidations (CVLs), Members' Voluntary Liquidations (MVLs), Administrations and Company Voluntary Arrangements (CVAs). Every case is overseen personally, ensuring clients receive expert guidance from start to finish.
Molly is a Fellow of the Insolvency Practitioners Association (F.I.P.A.), one of the highest professional designations within the insolvency profession. She also serves on the Regulatory, External Affairs and Member Services Committees of the Insolvency Practitioners Association, helping to shape standards and best practice across the industry.
In addition, Molly is a member of R3, the UK's leading trade association for insolvency, restructuring and turnaround professionals. These positions reflect her commitment to maintaining the highest professional and ethical standards while ensuring clients receive advice they can trust.
What clients value most is Molly's approachable and straightforward manner. She understands that financial difficulties can be stressful and often overwhelming, which is why she focuses on explaining complex matters in plain English and being available when directors need support most.
